Day 1 : Arrival Leh

Upon arrival at the Leh Airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy simple & light lunch today at your respective hotels. Since you are arriving at 11000 ft, we strongly recommend taking complete rest & drink ample water on the first day where you should not indulge yourself in any strenuous activity. Rest of the day is free to acclimatize to the high altitude of Leh. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Sham Valley Tour – Hall Of Fame, Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and Sangam (70kms round trip | approx 4 Hrs):

After breakfast, we will drive alongside bank of Indus river till Sangam, to witness the the conflicts of Zanskar river and Indus River. En-route we will be visiting Gurdwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill (where the cars defy gravity) and Hall of Fame (which has a museum of the Kargil War memorabilia). Later in the afternoon visit Shanti Stupa. Return to your hotel & relax for the day. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 : Leh To Khardung La To Nubra Valley (140 Kms / Approx 05-06 Hrs):

Today post breakfast check out of the hotel & we will start our journey to Nubra Valley through Khardungla, which is the World’s highest motor able road at 18,832 feet above sea level. At Khardungla pass the snow-capped peaks and the mountain views are amazing. The road then passes through a bridge laid on Glacier which finds its way in Guinness Book of world records. Drive through the Valley which is extremely beautiful for photography.

Nubra Valley is the Oasis of Ladakh as you see some colourful trees in this region. Arrive Nubra and enjoy adventurous ATV ride (on complimentary basis, one time). Later reach your camp, check in & enjoy your lunch. Post lunch visit the Hunder sand dunes and get the sight of the Double Hump Bactrian camels (camel ride to be on direct payment basis), enjoy leisure time at the Sand Dunes of Nubra valley spread across Hundur Village. Later in the evening, return to your respective camps. Overnight stay at the camp.

Day 4 : Nubra – Excursion To Turtuk – Nubra

One of the moist fascinating journeys in Ladakh this is a less popular destination recently opened for tourist, if you have a thirst for a beautiful location this is the place. En-route spectacular mountain ranges and Villages like. This region is controlled mainly by the Ladakh Scouts a rear department of the India Army. A border village that was recaptured by the Indian Army in 1971. Locals have relatives across the border (Line of Control) and depend mainly on farming of vegetables, apricot besides providing mules and porters. Baltistan a beautiful village with charming people “On the night of December 13, 1971, the people of this village went to sleep in Pakistan. The next morning, they woke up in India.” We are in Turtuk, listening to a villager recount the history of this remote northwest corner of Ladakh, which until that night was part of Baltistan in PoK. Day 5 : Nubra To Pangong (165 Kms / Approx 05-06 Hrs Total)

After breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake at 14, 500 ft. via Agham & Shyok village and reach Pangong Lake. Pangong, the highest salt water lake in the world. Take in the breath-taking views and setting of the blue lake set amidst the lofty Himalaya Mountains. Check in to your respective camps & enjoy your lunch.

Later in the afternoon, spend time on your own at leisure. A popular location for many Bollywood movies, enjoy some unique moments and don’t forget to click some nice pictures. Overnight stay at the camp.

Day 6 : Pangong To Leh (225 Kms / Approx 06-07 Hrs Total)

After sunrise, enjoy your early breakfast and check out of the camp and drive back to Leh. En-route visit Thiksey Monastery, located on a hill-lock with formidable views of the Indus valley. Thiksey is especially noteworthy for its gigantic seated statue of the Maitreya and is also known for its (Dukhang) assembly hall which houses hundreds of rectangular prayer books, stacked between wooden covers and bound in silk. After that we continue to drive through series of chortens (Stupa) to visit Shey Palace the former summer palace of the King of Ladakh. Early evening, check into hotel and relax. Evening, you may opt to visit the local market to buy souvenirs for your near & dear ones (pick up & drop to the market will be on direct payment basis). Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7 :  Departure From Leh:

Transfer to Leh airport to board the flight back for onward journey with beautiful memories.

Day 1 : Arrival at Leh (3505 meters/11567 feet above sea level)

On arrival at Kushok Bakula airport Leh – 3500m above sea level you will be transfer to hotel and check in.

Half day at rest for acclimatization. Shanti Stupa, a Buddhist white-domed Stupa on a hilltop in Changspa, It was built in 1991 by Japanese Buddhist Bhikshu, Gyomyo Nakamura and part of the Peace Pagoda mission. The Stupa holds the relics of the Buddha at its base, enshrined by the  14th dalai Lama. Day 2 : Leh – Alchi – Lamayuru –Kargil (210kms)

The Peaks of the passes were no doubt beautiful but the ascent and descents were unbelievably gorgeous too. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel in Kargil.

Day 3 : Kargil – Hunderman Broq, Hardass ( Apricot Villages) & Drass -Kargil

Hunderman is an abandoned Purgi settlement in Kargil, located at the LoC. The settlement is frozen in time ever since the families migrated. Unlock Hundarman- Museum of Memories is a permanent exhibition in this settlement through the narratives of war, arts and crafts, lifestyle and culture. These stories are brought alive with the help of artefacts ranging from old utensils, farming tools, Karachi biscuits, books from Lahore, French coffee, medicines from Germany, war artillery found on site. Drive back to hotel by evening and rest.

Day 4 :  Kargil – Suru Valley 56 Kms

After an early breakfast drive to the pristine valley of Suru valley. Suru is a high altitude green oasis with snow capped peaks and the mighty Suru river snaking through its valley. Drive upto the Parkachik glacier at the foothills of the Nun Kun peaks, Ladakh’s two highest mountain peaks. The highlight of this drive is a visit to the third and the tallest of the three Matetriya Buddha statues in the historic village of Kartse Khar. Explore the historic village on foot and walk upto the fort ruins of this erstwhile Ladakhi Chiefdom for a spectacular panorama of the valley. Enjoy packed lunch picnic by the river.

Day 5 : Aryan Valley ( Darchiks, Hordas and Garkon) to Leh

After Breakfast Drive to the Aryan Valley. Though we have not much literary evidence about the Brokpapeople settled down at the bank of Indus river in Darchiks, Garkon, Batalik, Hordas, Hanu, and some other villages now in PoK like Ganoks etc.. But they have preserved their culture and dialect till date`.Some historians assert that when Alexandar’s army that came to India in 327 B.C. and returned to Greece they left behind some troops in the Gilgit area and so Aryans are also trace their roots in Alexander the Great. 

Walk through the beautiful lanes of through village; A must visit to the Aryan museum at Garkon, followed by lunch and traditional cultural dance and music. A visit to Hordas Village will give an insight to the traditional architecture and life style. Reach Leh By the evening.

Day 6 : Leh – nubra valley via khardung la 18,390 ft. (120 kms / 4 – 5 hrs)

After breakfast we drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road In The World) at 5,602 Mtrs / 18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level. Upon arrival in Nubra we check in at our Camp / Hotel in Hunder for Overnight stay. In the evening you can walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world. A visit to a Ladakhi home can be arranged (On Request subject to availability and there could be charges applicable). Overnight Stay at the Camp or Hotel.

Day 7 : Nubra to Leh :

After Breakfast proceed to Diskit monastery which is 515 years old situated on a hill top giving panoramic view of the valley later walk around the town of Diskit which has a small village market. Giant Buddha Statue. Proceed back to Leh via same route. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8 : Depart from Leh.

Day 3 : Leh – Chumathang – Nyoma Loma – Hanle (280 Kms / 06 Hrs)

After breakfast leave for Hanle. A comfortable journey along with the Indus upstream passing through many beautiful small villages and Chumathang. Hanle is also home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory and 1st Monastery of Drukpa lineage in Ladakh from the 17th Century. Overnight at Hanle.

Day 4 : Hanle – Umlingla Pass Excursion (140 Kms / 5 – 6 Hrs)

Day excursion to Umlingla Pass (One of the Word highest motor able Pass – 5882 Meters/ 19298 Ft) and evening return to Hanle. Overnight at Hanle.

Day 5 : Hanle – Mahey – Tsomoriri (140 Kms/4-5 Hrs)

Morning visit Hanle Monastery and leave for Tsomoriri via Mahe Bridge. Reach Tsomoriri, Korzok Village by evening and explore the Lake. Overnight at Camp/Hotel at Tsomoriri.

Day 6 : Tsomoriri – Leh (220 Km 06 – 07Hrs)

After Breakfast check out from camp/hotel and visit Korzok Monastery (350 years old Korzok Monastery. Later it continues to Leh via Mahe Bridge from where the road crosses to the south bank of the river by a bridge. Enroute stops at Chumathang (3965M) famous for medical hot spring water and people visit this place for a medical bath. Reach Leh by evening and check-in to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 : Departure From Leh

After breakfast, depart to Leh airport to board the flight back for an onward
