These points help the school and camp team prepare the venue, student flow, medical readiness, dress code, and activity schedule before the camp begins.
The school should provide water, electricity, tables, stools, chairs, ladders, mattresses, carpets, store room access, campus security, and room plus meals for staff and instructors if overnight stay is required.
Participants should follow the required dress code and carry personal essentials. Any known medical history should be shared with the instructor before activity participation.
No new activities outside the approved plan will be added on site. In case of bad weather, activities may be cancelled or rescheduled with operational cost implications as applicable.
Students must follow instructor and official directions. Misbehavior or unsafe conduct can lead to removal from the activity area for the safety of all participants.
