These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any enquiry, quotation, booking, payment, or travel service provided by GetSetTravel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or booking through us, you agree to these Terms.


1) Definitions

  • Customer/You: Any person using our website or booking travel services through us.

  • Service(s): Tours, packages, hotel bookings, transport (bus/cab etc.), sightseeing, activities, and related travel assistance.

  • Supplier/Vendor: Third parties such as hotels, transport operators, airlines, activity providers, and local service partners.

  • Booking: A confirmed service after payment (full/partial) and confirmation from us/supplier.


2) Use of Website

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for enquiries/bookings.

  • Not misuse the website (attempt hacking, scraping, distributing malware, or interfering with operations).

  • Not copy, reproduce, or resell website content without our written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe misuse is occurring.


3) Our Role (Travel Facilitator)

GetSetTravel acts as a travel planner/facilitator/agent for services provided by suppliers. While we support you end-to-end, the actual delivery (hotel stay, transport, activities) is performed by third-party suppliers. Supplier rules, local laws, and operational constraints may apply.


4) Enquiries, Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are based on availability, travel dates, headcount, inclusions, and supplier rates at the time of quotation.

  • Prices may change before booking confirmation due to demand, seasonality, availability, taxes, tolls, parking, fuel changes, or supplier price revisions.

  • Unless explicitly mentioned, quotes typically do not include personal expenses (laundry, minibar, room service), tips, optional activities, camera fees, or any additional charges at destination.

Final price is confirmed only after booking confirmation.


5) Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  1. you accept the itinerary/quotation in writing (WhatsApp/email/message), and

  2. you make the required payment (token/partial/full), and

  3. we share confirmation details (e.g., voucher, booking ID, hotel/vehicle details) where applicable.

If a supplier fails to confirm due to non-availability, we will:

  • offer alternatives, or

  • refund the amount received for the unavailable component (after deducting any non-refundable supplier charges, if applicable).


6) Payments

  • Payments must be made within the timeframe shared in your quotation/confirmation message.

  • Partial payments may be non-refundable if suppliers treat them as booking/holding charges.

  • You are responsible for sharing correct payment references/screenshots for reconciliation.

If you pay via third-party gateways/banks, their terms and processing timelines may apply.


7) Customer Details & Accuracy

You must ensure traveller details are correct (name spelling, age, ID details where required). Any correction charges levied by suppliers due to wrong details will be borne by you.


8) Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on supplier policies (hotel/transport/activity). General principles:

  • Cancellation request must be submitted via WhatsApp or email from your registered contact.

  • Refund amount (if any) = amount received minus:

    • supplier cancellation charges (as per policy),

    • non-refundable components,

    • service/handling charges (if communicated in advance),

    • payment gateway charges (if applicable).

Refund timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method or account shared by you, subject to bank/gateway processing times.

For clarity, we will always try to share the applicable cancellation policy before or at the time of booking confirmation.


9) Rescheduling / Changes by You

  • Changes (dates, hotels, vehicle type, pickup point, itinerary) are subject to availability and supplier approval.

  • Fare difference and supplier change fees will apply.

  • Some bookings cannot be changed and may need cancellation + rebooking.


10) Changes / Cancellations by Suppliers or Due to Operational Reasons

Suppliers may change schedules, routes, vehicle allocation, hotel rooms, or inclusions due to operational needs, weather, road closures, overbooking, safety concerns, or local restrictions. In such cases, we will support you with the best possible alternative available, but additional costs (if any) may apply depending on supplier rules.


11) Check-in / Check-out, Hotel & Property Rules

  • Hotel check-in/check-out times and policies are set by the hotel.

  • Early check-in/late checkout is subject to availability and may incur charges.

  • Hotels may require valid ID for all guests. Refusal to provide required ID may result in denied check-in with no refund, as per hotel policy.


12) Transport (Bus/Cab/Tempo Traveller etc.)

  • Vehicle type is as per booking. In rare cases, an equivalent alternate may be arranged due to breakdown or operational issues.

  • Route changes may occur due to traffic, restrictions, weather, or safety.

  • Toll, parking, state taxes, and driver allowances are included only if explicitly mentioned in the quote; otherwise they may be chargeable separately.

  • Customer is responsible for timely reporting at pickup points. No-shows may be treated as cancellation.


13) Sightseeing & Activities

  • Activities are subject to operational conditions (weather, time slots, capacity, safety rules).

  • Entry tickets, guides, permits, and local fees are included only if clearly specified.

  • Delays due to crowd/traffic may affect coverage of sightseeing points; no refunds are guaranteed for partially missed sightseeing due to circumstances beyond control.


14) Travel Documents & Health/Safety

You are responsible for:

  • carrying valid IDs, permits, and (for international trips) passports/visas.

  • complying with local laws, hotel rules, and safety instructions.

  • assessing personal medical fitness for travel/treks/adventure activities.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance where relevant.


15) Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, road closures, epidemics/pandemics, technical failures, or supplier shutdowns.

In such cases, refunds (if any) depend on supplier policies, and we will assist with alternatives to the extent possible.


16) Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (missed connections, loss of enjoyment, loss of income, etc.).

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fees actually received by us for the specific booking, unless otherwise required under applicable law.

  • We are not responsible for loss/theft of luggage, valuables, documents, or personal belongings.


17) Customer Conduct

You agree to behave responsibly during the trip. Any damage to hotel rooms, vehicles, or property due to your actions will be your responsibility, and you may be charged directly by the supplier.


18) Intellectual Property

All website content including text, logos, branding, itineraries, designs, and materials are the property of GetSetTravel or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or commercially use them without written permission.


19) Third-Party Links

Our website or messages may contain links to third-party sites (hotels, maps, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or service quality.


20) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available on our website.

22) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


23) Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
